The 4th episode is the worst episode to exist in this season as the plot is rather pretty stupid and the overall elements within this episode is utterly dumb, and once you'll come to learn who is the villain in this episode you'll be really ROFL.The villains were heavily flanderized in this season, while in other season most of them are really ferocious threats to be extremely intimidated at, here they are irritating comic-reliefs who provides some of the most annoying jokes to ever exist in a franchise, and what's worse is there are no redeeming villains that have a much more serious approach so you're left with dealing unbearable freaks who can't even provide with some really outstanding moments to be found within the show. The fight scenes could be really boring and tiresome at times, not only does it have a really mediocre choreography, the setting is not really that interesting as the countryside doesn't provide any great substitute that will save it from it's falting nature. The Protagonist Hikaru Raido (despite being a likeable character), could be considered as a Gary Stu as he is a flawless character, what worse and he doesn't go through the standard formula that an Ultra protagonist goes through where he gets into a serious injury then afterwards being entrusted with the certain arsenal that he will transform as Ginga.

Even though if the countryside is a fresh start to the franchise yet it could be quite a bit tiresome since the location itself is quite pretty small with little no interesting locations, and the setting was never expanded to the main city like with any typical Ultra Series', even the attractions aren't mesmerizing to look at.Despite being an Ultraman show, their are no certain elements that make it stand out like with any other Ultraman show, it's like they didn't put enough effort into bringing back their own franchise, the show ultimately feels like a forced teen drama rather than a superhero tv show with background character to make it seem slightly more engaging and thrilling to watch.
